When I was in high school and exercised on a regular basis, I never thought that I would be the type of person to one day carry the label of being overweight. I had my physical this morning and took note of my current weight and height. With my clothes on, I weighed in at almost 190 pounds and my height measured 70 inches. The Body Mass Index Calculator gives me a 27.1 which is considered to be overweight but not obese and it also reports that I weigh heavier than 70% of males in my age group.

I’m going to do some research on determining a workout program to use and some dietary supplements to take. By next Monday, I should have a clear weightloss program mapped out ahead.
