Well it has been about two weeks ago since I’ve started taking Agel FIT and a week for Agel OHM. I’ve forgotten to take either of them for the past 3 days and I’ve been paying close attention to how my body is feeling lately compared to when I was taking this stuff. I will resume taking both of these supplements again tomorrow.

However I’ve been told that this stuff starts building up in your body for a while before it starts to really work for you so maybe it is still too early to pause from it. So far for me, the best appetite killer out there is drink plenty of water. Drinking 20 ounces of water 30 minutes before dinner works much better than taking a 0.75 ounce dose of Agel FIT. Maybe because my appetite is so big, FIT really needs to build up in my system before I can start feeling anything.

I do feel a bit more alert versus the last couple of days when I stopped taking it. But then again, it could be that I haven’t been as busy at work lately so there really isn’t much that requires a heightened sense of alertness, thus allowing me to relax more.
