I’ve finished a whole box of my Agel FIT.  I guess that means I’m done with a half month supply already.  So far I have yet to really feel the affects of this supplement but you know what?  I don’t really care right now because it tastes damn good!  Well actually, the first time I tasted Agel FIT, it tasted like sour crap that left a bitter after-taste in your mouth.  It was gooey and had this weird beige color.  But after about a week of taking this stuff twice a day, I started to like it.  In fact, now I love it.  I don’t know if I would recommend Agel FIT to people trying to lose their beer belly, but if you like sour treats, you will probably like this stuff.

p1_1.jpgI wish I could say the same about Agel OHM though, that stuff really does taste like crap and I don’t see how I’ll be liking it in the future.  I’ve taken about a week’s worth of OHM and I still can’t get used to it.  Agel OHM has this weird ginseng taste, kind of “rooty” is the best I could describe it.  Being Chinese and actually have eaten ginseng before, I could definately tell that OHM has this ingredient in it.  If Agel wasn’t lying and they really did put ginseng in this stuff, I can see why it would help to make an individual more alert and have more energy.  Back in high school when I ran the mile, I would put a thin slice of ginseng in my mouth to give me more energy.  The fastest I ever ran a mile in high school was a little below 7 minutes, not incredibly fast but then again I wasn’t in track.
