I need to figure out a workout plan soon. I’m starting to drift towards a routine of nothingness, where I just go to the gym on a set schedule and do random things and hope for the best. Somehow I gotta figure out the optimal way of cutting some of this beer belly fat without cutting into too much of my time. Monday, Wednesday and Friday (sometimes) I run on the treadmill for 20 mins (goal of 20 I should say) and then I lift weights for about 30 to 45 minutes. I’ve heard before that you should split up your cardio and lifting days, something about burning off your muscles if you do them on the same day. I don’t know if that’s true because my dad does cardio and weights on the same day and he’s pretty buff.

Group exercise

I often see people participating in group exercise classes. They actually look kind of fun and people seem to be sweating like crazy in there. But for some reason I can’t get myself into one of those classes. I guess the thought of being in a closed room with an instructor and a bunch of sweaty strangers moving to the beat of a workout track doesn’t excite me. Next week I will push myself in there and join one of the classes. Who knows, it might be better than running on the treadmill while watching tv, actually anything beats that!

Quick update on Agel Gelceuticals:
The other day, I took Agel FIT 2 hours before lunch like my friend had recommended and I think it did help me to curb my appetite. Before I was taking that stuff an hour before a meal and didn’t feel anything at all. I still have yet to *really* feel the affects of Agel OHM. I don’t know how to really test this “severe energy” supplement except to take it after lunch when I’m feeling the food coma and then see if I feel more energized. Anyways, no concrete conclusions yet on Agel products so I’ll just keep on taking this stuff daily and take note of anything interesting that happens.
