I did stick to my Friday workout. I got to the gym and it was almost empty, it had probably 75% less people than usual because everyone is out having fun on Friday. I didn’t have the greatest workout today, I’m not sure why but I started feeling tired fast. I could only run a little over 10 mins on the treadmill today, my shins were killing me.
