I missed my workout on Monday, my excuse was the weather. I know that doesn’t even sound like an excuse but we got about 8 inches of snow that day and the sheer thought of driving an extra 8 miles out of my way to go to the gym was just ludicrous. Ok, I guess I was just lazy.

I did go to the gym today and guess what, my body was aching. I am willing to bet this is a direct result of sitting on the sidelines for 4 days straight. Every lift I performed, no matter now light it was, it felt difficult to me. I not really sure why I felt so tired, perhaps it was the 5 hours of sleep I had, or maybe it was the lack of breakfast this morning, either way, Agel OHM didn’t help me at all today.

I also took the opportunity to weigh myself again. I weighed in at 183 lbs. Nothing is changing, what’s going on? I seriously need to establish a “beer belly workout routine”.
