It’s been challenging trying to find a comfortable time for me to work out now.  By the word “comfortable” I mean a time that I can comfortably work out and not have to worry about anything else.  I used to hit the gym right after work but now that my fiance is living with me and sharing the same car, it makes scheduling a little unpredictable.  But I think one of the main reasons why I skip the afternoon workout is because I just want to be home and have dinner with her.  Lunch break was a pretty convenient time to squeeze in a minute run, shower and get back to the office in an hour.  But now I can’t even rely on my lunch break as I had lunch meetings almost everyday this week.  Morning?  I have a hard time getting in the shower at 7:30 in the morning, I don’t know what it would take for me to get into the gym by 6:30.

My schedule’s been changed and I’m indulging on unhealthy meals, I really need to pull it together.  I think I’m going to motivate myself by buying a nice pair of running shoes and scheduling my workout time into my weekly schedule.
