I feel lighter
Progress January 10th, 2007Yeah I lost 2 pounds! It’s been 30 days since I’ve signed up with Traineo and I’ve lost a total of 3 pounds. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in 90 days.
I missed my lunch hour workout today due to an unforeseen 1 o’clock meeting. Lesson learned today is to actually schedule my workout sessions in my Outlook Calendar so people won’t schedule conflicting meetings.
I pretty much skipped lunch today. Haven’t had much in my stomach the whole day except for a small pack of Vietnamese instant noodles for breakfast, some crackers before lunch, and a glazed donut and cup of coffee in the afternoon. I guess this is a pretty bad diet, but at least it’s low in calories compared to going to Chipotle and having a huge burrito.

Wow. You eat like crap! Your “diet” is my old lifestyle (see my link). Donuts are high in fat and simple sugars and will cause an insulin spike. The coffee has caffeine which is hard on the liver. The instant noodles have a day’s worth of salt in just one serving (and it probably has MSG and a bunch of other bad stuff in it).
A huge bean burrito might have been better.
