You may be asking yourself, “What is a Dickie-Do?” Let me answer that question with a brief story which happened to my friend, Mike, a couple of years ago. Mike, who at the time was 21 years old, 6′4”, weighed about 180 pounds, and was in overall good physical shape, noticed that his 6-pack wasn’t as good as it used to be. Mike was working at a construction site with his shirt off and he was talking with an older coworker about how his stomach was growing larger.

Mike: “I’ve been drinking too much beer lately, I’m starting to grow a Beer Belly.”

Coworker: “What are you talking about Skinny? When you get to be my age you will have to worry about growing a Dickie-Do.”

Mike: “What the hell is a Dickie-Do?”

Coworker: “It’s a name for my big Beer Belly.”

Mike: “Why do you call your Beer Belly a Dickie-Do?”

Coworker: “Because it hangs out further than my Dickie-Do!!”
