I finally got myself an iPod!  I was at Circuit City over the weekend to get a camcorder but ended up buying the new 1 GB iPod Nano instead.  I’ll be heading to the gym in a little, very eager to see if this mini technological device will take the pain away from my cadrio exercises.

I did stick to my Friday workout. I got to the gym and it was almost empty, it had probably 75% less people than usual because everyone is out having fun on Friday. I didn’t have the greatest workout today, I’m not sure why but I started feeling tired fast. I could only run a little over 10 mins on the treadmill today, my shins were killing me.
