Similar to The 6 Month Walk, but you jog instead. Jog at a pace that is comfortable for you and that you are able to maintain. You can do this on the treadmill or along a pathway, but wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
Program:
1st Month - Jog 30 minutes 4 days a week.
2nd Month - Jog 30 minutes 5 days a week.
3rd Month - Jog 40 minutes 4 days a week.
4th-6th Month - Jog 40 minutes 5 days a week.
To increase the intensity of this exercise, you can increase the length of time, increase the number of days, or add a combination of jogging and walking.
