It’s a simple, effective and great way to start building momentum for more intense exercises down the road. If you start exercising too hard and too much, you may burn out quickly. So here’s the first baby step to take in losing that Beer Belly!

Program:
1st Month - Walk 30 minutes everyday 7 days a week.
2nd Month - Walk 40 minutes everyday 7 days a week.
3rd Month - Walk 50 minutes everyday 7 days a week.
4th-6th Month - Walk 60 minutes everyday 7 days a week.

Try to do the the walks in 10 minute intervals throughout the day for months 1-3 and 15 minute intervals for months 4-6. To increase the intensity of this exercise, simply start walking faster (power-walk).
